We are very satisfied with Transperanto and use it daily. The training book is present at the reception and at the different loading points. To facilitate our communications, most common phrases have been printed in large font and are shown to the drivers in case of non-understanding. Really, this helped us a lot.

The Training Book is mainly used by shipping/receiving offices, gate security and at our warehouses. It's normally available on the reception desk for quick consultation, but in a couple of shared plants the book had to be permanently secured with a small chain to avoid "inadvertent" pick-up by our neighbours. The general comment from our plants is that it has made the life easier and allowed basic communication where dialogue would be otherwise impossible, with significant fallback on plant safety and security.
